How the process works

Clear planning upfront, a calm resident-aware day on site, and organised delivery: so you get warm, credible visuals without disruption and without content sitting unused.

Step 1 — Before: brief + resident-aware running order

We lock the brief, your house style guardrails, and a resident-aware running order built around routines (meals, meds, activities). We also confirm who’s on camera — residents, team, families, or models — and agree the consent/capacity approach in advance.
If we need models for any part of the brief, I’ll organise it end-to-end — the right fit, the right tone, and minimal admin for your team.

Step 2 — On the day: calm, collaborative capture

We work quietly around real life with a small footprint, keeping the home comfortable and the visuals dignified. But I also act as your 'brand guardian' on set — spotting and removing clinical clutter (like hoists or yellow signs) and gently coaching staff interactions. This ensures we capture genuine 'micro-moments' of connection that feel authentic-but-professional, without ever turning your lounge into a chaotic film set.

Step 3 — Content rollout-ready delivery

We don't just deliver a single file. We hand over a structured library of assets designed to sustain your marketing for months. From the main brand film and photography library to 15-second social cutdowns, recruitment shorts, and formatted stills—you get a 'runway' of consistent, high-quality content ready to deploy.
